KAIT-TV (Jonesboro, Ark.) exposes the comfortable arrangements of the St. Francis County sheriff with drug dealers, bootleggers and arsonists. The station "found that gambling on a major scale continues in the county, apparently with the sheriff's blessing. There is evidence drugs sold in St. Francis County have come through the sheriff's department. The sheriff has threatened people, put them in fear for their lives and abused other."
