New Times (Phoenix) investigates the death of a 59-year - old woman who was given four times as much of the diuretic Lasix than is generally prescribed and who died, possibly as a result of the overdose; meanwhile, the pharmacist who may have committed a felony by altering the prescription is still dispensing drugs and the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy is dragging its feet on the investigation, 1987.
