Penthouse tells the story of how the Navy attempted to hide its own negligence by falsely accusing a sailor of rigging the gun turret explosion that killed 47 sailors on the U.S.S. Iowa in 1989; the Navy, which first hailed the yong man's actions after the explosion, later claimed a homosexual love spat led him to set the explosion, 1989.
