New York Newsday reveals that a 1982 property tax break for Madison Square Gardens is actually an unlimited, multimillion-dollar windfall for the owners of the famous arena; the tax break, which was granted in order to keep the Knicks and Rangers in New York, has no time limit and is potentially worth more than $100 million to Paramount Communications, Feb. 3, 1991.
