Los Angeles Times reports the family of a deceased college basketball player claims a Loyola Marymount athletic booster gave the athlete $50,000 in gifts and financial assistance while he played for the school; the athlete died during a basketball game as the result of a heart attack; the school is being sued by the family, which claims the coach had the athlete's medication reduced, December 1990 - February 1991.
