Holland Sentinel (Mich.) looks at a homeless shelter run by the Reformed Church in America, a denomination found mostly in areas where Dutch immigrants and their descendants are concentrated; finds that since the shelter is run by a church, it is exempt from virtually all laws requiring not-for-profits to file tax returns and other disclosure documents, March 21 - 23, 1993.
