The Times of Trenton (N.J.) finds that a man arrested for a triple homicide in North Carolina was the prime suspect in a killing at Fort Dix, N.J., and had confessed to both slayings; gives detailed account of how he allegedly did the killings, and how he was caught; finds that the man studied the craft of murder and was familiar with police investigative techniques; the man learned how to cover his tracks by elluding the police in previous crimes, including rape, Sept. 6 & 7, 1992. # NJ Zegart
