In early 1992, The Stanford Daily ran a series of stories about unusual financial practices at the non-profit Stanford Bookstore. The story was reported over a six-month period and relied heavily on public records. This handout contains a sampling of the public records used and what they showed. Includes one-page tip sheet and the eight-page story that was the result of this investigation.
