During this time of enormous disruption and uncertainty, journalists are battling on multiple fronts: Keeping up with the two major stories COVID-19 and racial justice protests, while also fighting for change in their newsrooms and dealing with high levels of stress or even trauma from all of the above.
Come to this session to press pause and reflect on how you’re coping with these situations. You’ll learn some practical tips to take better care of yourself, and to support your colleagues in doing so as well.
