The articles suggest private commercial developers are using Olympic road and structure development for their own ends. Deseret uncovers the possibility that taxpayers may not get back their muli-million dollar investment despite promises by bid supporters. The stories resulted in Utah's governor re-negotiating the terms to sell the state's winter sports facilities to bid supporters, 1994.
