If you fill out the "Forgot Password" form but don't get an email to reset your password within 5-10 minutes, please email logistics@ire.org for assistance.
First, make sure you are logged into your IRE account and have an active membership. Go to the DBEI Symposium ticket page and scroll to the bottom. You will see the ticket tier associated with your IRE membership level. (If you do not see any tickets, you are likely not logged in or have an expired IRE membership. You will need to join or renew to buy a ticket.) Once you add a ticket to your cart, you can complete the checkout process.
Need to join? Apply to become a member before trying to register for the symposium.
Need to check your membership status or renew? You can do that here. If your membership is current, you will see a green ‘Yes’ in the Active column. If your membership is not active, you can start the renewal process from that page.
The DBEI Symposium is using Guidebook as it’s virtual platform. All registered attendees will receive an invitation to access the platform. Please save the web address in your email to return to the platform as it’s a secure platform only for registered attendees.
If you can’t find your email or need assistance, please email logistics@ire.org.
The Guidebook agenda will automatically reflect your time zone.
To add live sessions to your agenda, start on the main page, click on schedule. When you find a session you want to add to your schedule, click on the plus sign located next to the session.
Anything you add will show up on your “My Agenda” located on the same schedule page near the top. If you click on “My Agenda”, it will show you everything you have added to your agenda. To go back to the full schedule you can click on “All”.
All the sessions will be recorded during the symposium. These recordings will be uploaded back into Guidebook within 2-3 business days.
In addition, any tipsheets from the session will be available in each corresponding session.
If you are using Guidebook Web (the desktop version), you will find a session you want to watch and click on the video you see at the top of the page when it’s time for that session to start. You will see a “launch Zoom” button and also the option to “or open in Zoom app”. Either option is available to you, however we have seen the video and audio quality is better in the “open in Zoom app.”
If you are using the mobile app on your phone or tablet, you will scroll to the bottom of the session you are interested in viewing, click under videos, when it takes you to the Zoom screen, you will click on copy link and then open Zoom and paste the link.
The sessions will be held in Zoom meeting rooms -- the same kind many of us use in our daily lives. You will have the option to turn on your camera and/or unmute to talk with speakers and other attendees. We do ask that you stay muted unless speaking to minimize distractions during the sessions.
Finally, a note: If your organization or device limits Zoom access, you may not be able to unmute or go on video. But you should still be able to view the content and use the chat in Guidebook.
Yes, you can enter and leave any live session.
All items will be available until September 6, 2022 including recordings and tipsheets.
Yes, T-shirts, mugs, stickers and other items will be available for purchase in the IRE Store and will be shipped to you.
