When the U.S. Army spent more than $54 million of taxpayers' money to build barracks at Ft. Bragg, N.C., it left much of he quality inspeciton work to the contractor. The result was work so poor the Army is considering barring the contractor from ever working for hte federal governmetn again. This is the story of a single whistle blower working for the contractor who tried to call attention to serious deficienceis. When se did, the contractor fired her. (Nov. 27 & 28, 1995)
