IRE23 Pre-Registered Classes

Now that you've registered for the IRE Conference, you can use this page to sign up for additional hands-on classes and Master Classes. These classes are for available in-person attendees only. 

How to register:

Click on the link to the class. You'll see a detailed description, instructor information and the number of seats remaining. As long as you have purchased an in-person conference ticket, you will be able to add the class to your cart and check out. If you have not purchased a conference ticket, you will need to do that before the 'Add to cart' button appears.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be sent via email to logistics@ire.org. All cancellations must be in writing. There is a $15 processing fee for each class until June 6. Refunds will not be given for cancellations after June 6 due to the limited seating in these classes.

Registration policy:

The number of available seats for a class is shown on the ticket page. If a class is sold out, you will not be able to register for it. You may check back periodically to see if any seats have become available through cancellations. Seats will be filled online through June 22. After that date, any available seats will be filled onsite, at the start of the class on a first-come, first-serve basis. Payment for the class will be collected onsite.
