NICAR23 Travel & Hotel

**1/28 update for the Renaissance Nashville Hotel: Wednesday night, 3/1 and Saturday night, 3/4 are sold out in the NICAR discounted block . A few rooms still remain for Thursday and Friday night (3/2 and 3/3).

The room rate is $259 (single/double) per night plus tax (currently 15.25%  + $2.50 city tax) **subject to change. This block is available until Friday, February 3 or until the block is full (whichever occurs first). If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid any cancellation fees.

A Room With A View (overflow hotel booking assistance)

The discounted block for the 2023 NICAR Conference at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel is sold out except for a few remaining nights on Thursday and Friday. Please contact A Room With A View for information on additional overflow hotel options. They will secure the lowest available rates at the best available hotels within walking distance to The Renaissance Nashville Hotel.

This is a FREE service for all NICAR attendees. Should cancellations occur at The Renaissance Nashville Hotel, A Room with A View will be contacting attendees to see if they would like to transfer back.

Valet parking is available at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel, no self parking is available. Parking is $58 per day, plus tax. Parking charges are subject to change without notice. IRE is not able to reimburse parking costs or provide a discount.
