What is IRE?

Investigative Reporters and Editors is a grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of journalism. We educate, empower and connect journalists across the globe, so we can live in a better, more informed world.

Register for the DBEI Symposium

IRE's special symposium focused on diversity, belonging, equity and inclusion issues is Oct. 21-23 in Baltimore. Attend virtually or in person. Safety protocols are in place; in-person attendees must be vaccinated. IRE is monitoring CDC guidelines and will make changes necessary to ensure safety of attendees and staff. Whether you join us online or in person, we hope to see you there!
