IRE's annual conference will take place in Orlando, June 22-25, 2023, attracting between 1000-1200 attendees from around the world. The conference will feature panels and discussions as well as opportunities to network with fellow journalists. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to exhibit your new products or services or recruit for new talent or students.
**New for IRE23: We will have one hour free from educational programming during the conference to allow attendees more time to stop by your table. This has been scheduled for Friday, June 23 from 5-6 p.m. (ET).

Exhibitor Packages

Corporate exhibitor: $2,000

Recruiter Packages
Includes tabletop recruiter space at the IRE conference, recruiter listing on the conference website, mobile app & signage and discounted job postings for six months.
Corporate recruiter: $2,000
Non-profit recruiter: $1,750
University recruiter: $1,250
Both packages include one table, two chairs and two exhibitor/recruiter only registrations. These registrations include access to the exhibitor/recruiter area only. Wireless access for general email use is included in the package. Additional requirements, including but not limited to phone lines, electricity, hard wired internet access, AV equipment and receiving/shipping/storage of shipped items are the responsibility of the recruiter/exhibitor. Exhibitors/recruiters are responsible for any and all costs associated with these items.

Your application is not approved until you receive email confirmation with your booth number and additional details. If your application is not approved, IRE will refund your application fee.
